In 2012, Chantel Brooks established OBH as a domiciliary care agency, collaborating with local CCGs (Clinical Commissioning Groups).
In 2019, OBH underwent a re-launch and transitioned into a consultancy-based service primarily focused on assisting case managers with their client’s nursing needs.
OBH currently provides nursing clinical consultancy and clinical training to healthcare professionals, be it case managers, registered managers or nurses working in the healthcare industry.
The OBH team is driven by a deep passion for providing secure and top-notch care while imparting their knowledge to individuals working in the healthcare industry. We are committed to upholding our care delivery’s highest safety and quality standards.
