Medico-legal Care Reports

Care Report Inclusions:
- Comprehensive assessment of the claimant’s condition (both pre- and post-injury)
- Evaluation of the injury’s impact on the claimant and their family, particularly regarding challenges in daily living activities
- Full analysis of care needs (past, present, and future), including costings for agency and directly employed care, and consideration of statutory services where applicable
- Case management
- Assessment of domestic activities
- Appropriateness of current placement (care home)
- Review of the current care package and its suitability in consideration of nursing needs.
